Exchanges can be made with defective items within 30 days of receipt of purchase; buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Unused items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt of purchase, not including the shipping cost. With defective items you may use one of the following 2 methods listed below.
If your item you wish to exchange is no longer available you may be issued a credit for purchasing items at GadgetPlus for a future date no longer than 240 days after receipt of purchase. All exchanged merchandise must be in original factory packaging, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.
*All exchanges require your original GadgetPlus receipt.
*Customer is responsible for ensuring shipping address is correct.
*Damaged international packages are only insured when Xpress Post is purchased.
*All computer parts, computer peripherals, breathalyzers, mouthpieces, and batteries are final sale and do not qualify for an exchange.

#1 Send Back via MailYou may send the item/s back by Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Letter-Mail. If your order was shipped by Letter-Mail, please send back by Letter-Mail to avoid higher shipping fees.
#2 Take a Picture or Video
If your item is found to be defective, you do not necessarily have to send the item back. If you can email us a picture or video that clearly shows the defect/s and we are satisfied that the item was bought from us, then we will promptly send you a replacement.
